Following the work done for Livensa Living in Portugal, Reify. was requested to extend the concept to developments in Spain, so that they could share a unified style and flare. This project will offer 500 on-suite rooms with kitchenette, over five floors. Plus, it will have all the facilities to improve the experience of young college students, such as a gym, multimedia room, several dining rooms, library, and shared kitchens. In terms of interior design and furnishing, also designed by our Reify. experts, the residence provides several study pods and study areas, where students can work alone or in a group. This residence also has a swimming pool, and Andaluz inspired patio, to create a homey environment.
