Parque D. Pedro is the largest mall in Latin America in the implementation area and the most important mall in Campinas.

The scheme was developed in one single floor offering multiple entrances and ambiances from which the latest expansion was Alameda which provided an additional 5,500m2 to the scheme.
Parque D. Pedro was also the first scheme in Brazil to integrate a performative Theatre, Teatro do Amil with 1180m2 of GLA.
